Nous sommes arrivee!! After a long flight through Frankfurt we arrived in Paris. Our small (35 sq m) apartment, in a very old building on Rue de Vieille Temple in the Marais, actually looked like the pictures we had been sent. The climb to the 4th floor (really 5th in european counting) is a winding one, but our place has 3 lovely large windows that lever open and look onto a courtyard below. We immediately walked down to Rue Rosiers and shared a wonderful sandwich with olive paste and tuna and had a poppyseed cake. We strolled a bit more and then crashed. Allan was hungry so we ended up going to Au Petit fer a Cheval just down the street from us. Had a wonderful charcouterie plate and a salad.
